CLASS BOOKING.

 

Attention all students, please read the following guidelines carefully. By making a booking, you are indicating that you have read and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 Upon completing the booking process, our system will automatically send a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email within the designated time frame, please send us a direct message on Instagram (@locusdance) or WhatsApp us at 6206-6201.

1.2 Students can pay by credit card on our website. If you do not own a credit card, FPS/Bank Transfer and PayMe are also available.

1.3 Payment must be settled before class. Bank-in receipts, online records or screenshots must be provided as proof of non-credit-card payments.

1.4 Please note that all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

1.5 Each LOCUS credit package has a 3-month validity period, which can be extended by purchasing another package before the existing package expires.

1.6 LOCUS credit packages cannot be extended after they have expired.

 

2. Cancellation / Rescheduling

2.1 Cancellation or rescheduling can be made at least 4 hours before the class.

2.2 If a student is unable to attend a class due to illness and can provide medical proof, their relevant booking can be rescheduled.

2.3 For cancellation or rescheduling, class fee can only be refunded as LOCUS credits. If you paid by LOCUS credits, the expiry date of your refunded credits will be the same as your remaining credits. If you do not already own a package, refunded credits will be valid for 1 month.

2.4 If a LOCUS instructor cancels their class, your class fee will also be refunded as LOCUS credits.

 

3. Bad Weather Protocol

3.1 During the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, the studio will be closed and all classes will be cancelled. 

3.2 If the warning signals mentioned above are cancelled 2 hours before the start of class, the class will continue as normal. 

3.3 If the above signals are issued during class, the class will still continue in most cases.

3.4 If the class is cancelled due to bad weather, all class fees will be refunded as LOCUS credits only.

3.5 For final decisions on weather-related arrangements, please refer to the official LOCUS Instagram page (@locusdance).

 

4. House Rules

4.1 By making a dance class booking with LOCUS, you agree to the studio terms and conditions.

4.2 LOCUS is not liable for any injuries, accidents or loss of personal possessions that take place in and about studio premises.

4.3 Please take care of your personal belongings and maintain cleanliness at all times.

4.4 No food and snacks allowed inside dance rooms.

4.5 Do not put up any posters or signage without permission from LOCUS.

4.6 Do not enter any staff-only areas.

4.7 Smoking is prohibited within the premises.

4.8 All activities that occur within the studio must abide by Hong Kong Law. The studio will not be responsible for any illegal actions of the renter within the premises.

4.9 LOCUS has the right to amend the rules and regulations of the studio at any given time with or without notice.

4.10 LOCUS reserves the right to make the final decision on all arrangements.

 

5. Guardians During Class

5.1  Parents and guardians are requested to wait outside the dance room while class is in progress. We have a designated common area to facilitate guests.

 

6. Photography

6.1  Photos and videos taken during classes, workshops or any events hosted by LOCUS may be used for promotional purposes.

 

Liability Waiver and Acknowledgement of Risk

I hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by all the terms set forth herein in this Liability Waiver and Acknowledgement of Risk. I voluntarily agree to assume all risk and responsibility for any injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child during any of Locus Group Limited’s classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities. I also exempt, release and indemnify Locus Group Limited, its owners, employees and instructors from any and all liability claims, demands and actions in cases of damage, loss, injury or death to me, my child or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or events hosted by Locus Group Limited.

I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. If I am acknowledging this waiver for my child, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights. My acknowledgment is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional waiver of all liability, either on behalf of my minor child or myself, to the fullest extent of the law.

 

 

STUDIO RENTAL.

 

Attention all renters, please read the following guidelines carefully. By making a booking, you are indicating that you have read and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 Upon completing the booking process, we will send you a QR code for entry during booked period. If you do not receive the QR code within the designated time frame, please send us a direct message on Instagram (@locusdance) or WhatsApp us at 6206-6201.

1.2 Rental payment must be settled before using the studio. Bank-in receipts, online records or screenshots must be provided as proof of payment.

1.3 Service rates and promotions do not apply to bookings for commercial use. Please contact LOCUS team for further information.

1.4 For events that require the STUDIO95+65 or the entire venue, please contact LOCUS team for further information.

1.5 LOCUS has the right to consult the renter about rental purposes at any time, and reserves the right to make the final decision on all arrangements.

 

2. Cancellation / Rescheduling

2.1 Please note that all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2.2 Any requests to change a booking must be submitted at least 72 hours before the original booking time.

 

3. Bad Weather Protocol

3.1 If you are unable to use the studio during the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, you will be able to reschedule your booking.

3.2 If the warning signals mentioned above are issued during your booking period, rental fee will be charged as usual.

 

 4. House Rules

4.1  By making a studio booking with LOCUS, you agree to the studio terms and conditions.

4.2 Please take care of your personal belongings and maintain cleanliness at all times.

4.3 Please expect a cleaning charge for any large messes left in the premise, or a penalty charge for any physical damages done to our furniture, equipment and studio amenities.

4.4 LOCUS is not liable for any injuries, accidents or loss of personal possessions that take place in and about studio premises.

4.5 No food and snacks allowed inside dance rooms.

4.6 Heels are not allowed inside dance rooms.

4.7 Do not put up any posters or signage without permission from LOCUS.
4.8 Do not move existing furniture, lighting arrangements or alter studio décor in any way without permission from LOCUS.

4.9 Please seek permission from LOCUS before bringing any large props, lights or other equipment into the venue.

4.10 Do not enter any staff-only areas.

4.11 Smoking is prohibited within the premises.

4.12 All activities that occur within the studio must abide by Hong Kong Law. The studio will not be responsible for any illegal actions of the renter within the premises.

4.13 LOCUS has the right to amend the rules and regulations of the studio at any given time with or without notice.
